Who is responsible

AGENTIKUS LTD operates BoothWorth and is the controller for the personal data described here. Company number 17198629; registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email j@modecir.com for privacy questions or requests.

The free calculator and offline kit

The free calculator processes the numbers you enter in your browser; those values are not sent to us or saved by the calculator. The organiser link builder puts only the event details you choose into a shareable link. Recipients can read those details, and your browser or messaging service may retain the link in history or messages. Do not put private information in it. The link does not contain the maker’s subsequent calculator entries. The purchased offline app can save your plans in local browser storage. Exported backups stay where you choose to save them. We do not receive those plans or backups unless you deliberately send them to support. Clearing browser storage can remove saved plans.

Website visits

Netlify hosts this website and runs the functions that create checkout sessions and deliver downloads. Its systems process ordinary request data such as IP address, device/browser information, time and requested URL to serve and secure the website. We use this processing for our legitimate interests in providing a reliable website and preventing abuse. We have not installed advertising analytics, tracking pixels or a marketing mailing list. Payment-provider pages have their own privacy and cookie information.

Orders and support

When you buy, Stripe Managed Payments and its merchant-of-record service process your payment, billing information, applicable sales taxes, payment-security checks, receipts and transaction support through Onelink. Their own checkout terms and privacy information also apply. We receive order information including your email, purchase details, payment/refund status, the consent you give and its timestamp. Our Netlify function checks the payment before supplying the kit. Resend sends the order email and records its delivery status. Support replies go to our Microsoft-hosted mailbox. We process these data to perform the purchase contract, answer your requests, meet financial-record obligations and protect against fraud. We do not receive full payment-card numbers through the BoothWorth checkout integration. Please do not send card numbers or unnecessary identity documents to support.

Who receives data

Our service providers include Netlify for hosting and order verification, Stripe for payments, Resend for delivery email and Microsoft for support email. They and their authorised service providers process data for these purposes. Professional advisers or authorities may receive records where needed for accounting, a legal obligation or a dispute. Payment providers may also process data independently for their own legal and security duties. We do not sell your personal data or add purchasers to marketing emails.

International processing

These providers may process personal data outside the UK, including in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Their published privacy and data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses where applicable. The provider links below give further details. Contact us if you need information about a transfer relevant to your data; selecting a European sending region does not mean every part of processing stays in Europe.

Retention

The private download link lasts 30 days; that is not the retention period for the underlying financial records. We retain purchase, tax and related evidence for the applicable accounting and tax period, normally at least six years for UK VAT records, or longer where a different legal duty, audit or active dispute requires it. Support correspondence is kept while resolving the enquiry and for as long as necessary to document the resolution or handle a related claim. Provider operational logs and backups follow the provider retention arrangements. We review retained records and remove or anonymise data when those purposes and applicable retention duties no longer require it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact j@modecir.com; we may need proportionate information to verify the request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk or your relevant local data-protection authority. The planning calculator does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

Information needed to buy

We need payment and delivery information to process and fulfil an order. Without it, we cannot complete the purchase. You can use the free calculator without providing an email address. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new date.
