BoothWorth and your checkout provider

BoothWorth Market Kit is created and supplied by AGENTIKUS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17198629. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. UK VAT number: GB525043814. Contact j@modecir.com for product help, access problems or complaints. Payments use Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record identified at checkout and on your receipt handles the transaction, applicable sales taxes in supported territories and payment support through Onelink. Its checkout terms also apply to the purchase. These BoothWorth terms describe the software, licence and delivery and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

What you receive

BoothWorth Market Kit version 1 is a ZIP containing an offline browser app, quickstart, these terms and a one-business licence. It helps you compare events, model sales scenarios, record actual sales and print packing lists. It is in English. You need a device that can unzip files and a current desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. Excel is not required. Browser storage can be unavailable or cleared: export a backup of your plans regularly. This is a planning tool. Your inputs determine the results; it does not predict sales or replace accounting or tax advice.

Price and ordering

The advertised price is EUR29 including applicable tax, paid once. Checkout may offer a converted local-currency price; check the final currency, amount and any conversion information before paying. There is no shipping fee or subscription. Check your email address and order details before payment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. The kit becomes available once payment is confirmed. Stripe/Onelink sends your payment receipt; BoothWorth sends your download link and a copy of the product terms accepted when ordering.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we provide a private download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link is valid for 30 days from purchase; save a backup within that period. The downloaded app does not expire. Check your spam folder if the email is missing and contact us with your order reference if you cannot access your purchase. Do not send card details. A failed or pending payment does not unlock the kit.

Licence and updates

One purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the purchased version within one business, including its staff. You may keep backups and print or share reports you create. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the app or its source. Personalised consulting, customisation and future feature releases are not included. Any updates or remedies required by applicable law remain available.

Immediate digital delivery and cancellation

Where you have a statutory cooling-off right, we ask separately for your express agreement to start digital delivery immediately and your acknowledgement that beginning delivery ends that cancellation right. If you do not give that agreement, do not use the instant-delivery checkout; email us before ordering. Nothing in that acknowledgement removes your rights if the content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Problems and refunds

For payment questions and refund requests, use the Onelink support details on your receipt. For software or download problems, email j@modecir.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund through the payment provider. Any additional rights under the checkout provider's terms also apply. If a statutory cancellation right still applies, clearly state that you wish to cancel within the relevant period. You may use the form below but do not have to. These terms do not exclude rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
