What is a fair booth fee?
A worked example shows why a €120 table can work at 40 sales and fall short at 20. Compare the quiet, expected and busy day before committing.

What’s different from the free calculator?
The free calculator checks one market with an average item. The kit handles separate products, several saved events, actual sales, three demand scenarios, printable packing lists and backup files.
Will it predict how many people buy?
No. You supply expected sales or sell-through. The app shows the consequences of those assumptions so you can compare a quiet day with a stronger one. Visitor numbers are not sales.
Is cash left over the same as profit?
No. Here, “before your labour” subtracts sold-item materials, payment fees and event costs. The surplus also subtracts the value of making time for sold items and event hours. It excludes tax and any overhead you haven’t entered.
Where do my numbers go?
The free calculator processes numbers in your browser and does not save them. The downloadable kit stores plans on your device when browser storage is available. Export backups regularly; browser data can be cleared. Hosting services may process ordinary access logs.
